Welcome to The Artisan Market Store (the “Site”), an online marketplace connecting talented artisans (our “Vendors”) with buyers like you. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and your purchase of products from Vendors.

The Site is operated by IThub4u (“we”, “us”, or “our”), but you are purchasing products directly from our independent Vendors.
2. User Accounts

3. The Role of The Artisan Market Store
The Artisan Market Store is a marketplace platform. We provide the venue for Vendors and Buyers to connect and complete transactions. As a result:
- When you purchase a product, you are entering into a contract directly with the Vendor.
- We are not a party to the transaction between you and the Vendor.
- Vendors are responsible for their own store policies, fulfilling orders, and the quality and safety of their products.
- We facilitate the transaction by providing the platform and processing payments on behalf of our Vendors.
4. Purchases and Payments
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the product page and are set by the individual Vendor.
- Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle all transactions.
- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us acknowledging the details of your order. This email does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a confirmation that we have received it. A contract between you and the Vendor is formed once the Vendor has accepted your order and dispatched the product.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

While we will do our best to help resolve disputes, we are not obligated to provide refunds or accept returns on behalf of our Vendors.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Artisan Market Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. All product images, descriptions, and trademarks uploaded by Vendors are the intellectual property of the respective Vendor. You may not use any of this content without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or products included on the Site.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, The Artisan Market Store and IThub4u disclaim all warranties. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any products purchased from vendors on this site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
